Management MCP
Create, configure, test, and publish your Productos AI Agentes agents by chatting with Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
The management MCP connects the chatbot you already trust to your Agentes workspace. Instead of opening the console and filling in forms, you ask the chatbot for what you need and it does the work:
"Create a support agent for my store that answers warmly, follows my return policy, and never promises refunds. Test it with five typical questions and, if it passes, publish it."
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard chatbots use to connect to other applications. Any client that supports remote MCP with OAuth can use it.
What you can do#

How it works#
- You add the MCP URL in your chatbot.
- The chatbot opens the Agentes console. You sign in, pick the workspace, and approve.
- From then on the chatbot acts on your behalf, with the same rules and limits you have in the console.

Note
The chatbot never sees your provider keys or your customers' conversations. Everything it does is recorded in the audit log under your name.
Requirements#
- A Productos AI Agentes account with the admin or owner role in the workspace.
- A chatbot that supports remote MCP servers: Claude (web, Desktop, or Code), ChatGPT in developer mode, Gemini CLI, or another compatible client.
- On the Piloto plan the MCP is read-only. To create and publish from the chatbot you need Automatiza or a higher plan. More in Permissions and plans.
